Meet Phil and Laura, they are both experienced Advanced Practitioners and qualified Non Medical Prescribers. They have a combined healthcare experience of nearly 40 years working both in the NHS and privately.

Phil is an Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner with a special interest in musculoskeletal medicine. Alongside his role at Radiance Health, Phil works as a musculoskeletal specialist in the NHS, in Primary Care. He has post graduate qualifications in injection therapy, non medical prescribing and musculoskeletal imaging interpretation.

Laura is an Advanced Nurse Practitioner. Alongside her role at Radiance Health, she also works in the NHS, at a GP surgery. She has obtained post graduate qualifications in non medical prescribing and advanced practice.

Laura has continued to grow her aesthetic experience, offering a variety of aesthetic procedures, including advanced filler and anti-wrinkle treatments. She has also qualified in advanced lip masterclass techniques, priding herself on offering natural aesthetic enhancement.
